Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of building scalable backend systems and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms (DSA) to solve complex engineering problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and services. Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps. Apply DSA expertise to design efficient solutions for complex business logic. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Participate in architectural discussions and tech roadmap planning. Required Skills: 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience. Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design . Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, Node.js ). Experience with RESTful APIs , microservices , and database design (SQL & NoSQL). Knowledge of caching, queuing systems, and distributed architecture. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
