Backend Developer (WebRTC Specialist)

As a highly skilled Backend Developer specializing in WebRTC, your role will involve building and scaling the real-time communication infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable WebRTC backend services such as Signaling servers, STUN/TURN servers, and Media Servers (SFU/MCU). Your key responsibilities will include: - Core Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable WebRTC backend services - Performance Tuning: Optimize network performance, latency, and stability for real-time UDP/TCP traffic - API Development: Develop and secure robust RESTful APIs for session management, room control, and application logic - Scalability & Ops: Implement monitoring, logging, and horizontal scaling solutions to handle growing user loads To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Node.js, Go (Golang), Python, or Java - In-depth understanding of the complete WebRTC stack including ICE, SDP, STUN, TURN, DTLS, SRTP - Hands-on experience with open-source WebRTC media servers such as Janus, Mediasoup, or Jitsi - Solid understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and NAT traversal techniques - Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Additionally, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, life insurance, and provident fund.
