Backend Developer

You have an exciting opportunity to join Anervea.AI as a Backend Developer. As a key member of the team, your role will involve developing and maintaining backend services using Python with either FastAPI or Flask. You will be responsible for designing RESTful APIs to support various systems, building data pipelines, and integrating machine learning layers. Additionally, you will manage and optimize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other databases, implement caching and task queues, deploy services using Docker, and monitor system performance on AWS. To excel in this role, you must possess strong Python development skills with at least 3 years of experience, familiarity with FastAPI or Flask, and expertise in API design and integration. Knowledge of Redis, Celery, Docker, and database design is essential for creating scalable architecture. Experience with AWS or GCP deployment, Git, CI/CD, and agile workflows will be beneficial. Exposure to real-time analytics systems or AI-first product architectures is a bonus. Personal attributes such as attention to detail, clean code practices, reliability, collaboration, quick learning ability, accountability, and good documentation skills are highly valued. Additional qualities like building backend services for AI tools, working with healthcare data, and system design optimization for scale are advantageous.
