Backend Developer

We are seeking a dedicated Back End Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of software solutions while ensuring system maintenance and support on a daily basis. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, defining system functionality, and coding in various frameworks such as C# .Net and SQL Server. Your team will address a wide range of challenges, from enhancing data retrieval performance to scaling out infrastructure and integrating complex systems. In this role, you will devise innovative solutions to crucial business and technical issues and have the opportunity to implement your creative ideas in an entrepreneurial setting. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing REST & SOAP Services using C# and .NET Core. - Establishing development, QA, Demo, and Production environments. - Collaborating with a cross-functional team to define optimal API contracts, conduct code reviews, enhance internal infrastructure, and improve processes. - Adapting to diverse situations and changing priorities with a positive attitude. - Full Stack capabilities are advantageous. - Effectively collaborating with product, engineering, and management teams. - Integrating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability insights into design to elevate user experience. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E or a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field. - 1-2 years of professional experience using C# /.NetCore. - Minimum of 1 year of web application development experience. - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with MS SQL. - Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas, designs, and suggestions. - A collaborative team player who can engage effectively with various stakeholders.
