Backend Developer

You are a seasoned Laravel Backend Developer joining a development team in Kolkata. Your role involves building secure backend services, APIs, and managing databases for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities include developing robust backend logic and APIs using Laravel and PHP, collaborating with frontend developers and UI/UX designers, managing efficient MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, integrating third-party services and RESTful APIs, implementing user authentication and data protection, ensuring code quality through testing and documentation, writing clean and modular code, debugging and enhancing existing systems, building mobile-responsive features, managing cloud deployments, and configuring CI/CD. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of professional experience in backend development using Laravel, deep knowledge of PHP, Laravel MVC framework, and Composer, expertise in MySQL/PostgreSQL and query optimization, experience in REST API design, knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blade, hands-on experience in cloud deployment, CI/CD integration, version control, and agile collaboration tools. Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and security best practices is crucial. Experience with Vue.js, React, Docker, Nginx, Linux server administration, unit testing, and TDD is a plus.
