You should possess the following skills and qualifications: - At least 4 years of backend development experience with Python and Node.js. - Proficiency in ERPNext, Frappe Framework, MySQL optimization, and REST API development. - Strong understanding of AWS Cloud Services, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and software engineering principles. - Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and tools like Postman, Swagger, JIRA. - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architecture, Excel Macros, Power BI, and automation scripts is desirable.
