Role Overview: As a Backend Developer at LIT, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs using Spring Boot for scalable software applications. Your collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless integration with front-end systems and optimal application performance. Key Responsibilities: - Developing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot - Working with MySQL databases for design, queries, and optimizations - Ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of backend systems - Handling debugging, troubleshooting, and deployment management - Collaborating closely within the team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: - Strong experience in Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem - Solid knowledge of Java including OOP concepts, collections, and multithreading - Proficiency in MySQL covering queries, joins, and schema design - Good understanding of backend architecture and API development - Practical experience with REST APIs - Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git - Ability to work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Additional Skills (Good to Have): - Basic understanding of front-end technologies and their integration with backend - Knowledge of JPA/Hibernate - Exposure to cloud deployments or CI/CD pipelines Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Backend Developer, with Spring Boot expertise preferred Education: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Role Overview: As a Backend Developer at LIT, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs using Spring Boot for scalable software applications.
