About the Job Role:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with 57 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about designing and building scalable backend systems using Spring Boot, and who is capable of taking ownership of technical solutions from concept to deployment.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible not only for backend development but also for leading the technical direction of projects, converting customer requirements into scalable architecture, and mentoring the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Convert customer business requirements into detailed technical solutions and application architecture.
• Lead the technical team, provide technical guidance, validate solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate UI components with server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code with a strong emphasis on testing (unit, integration).
• Work with both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for efficient data management.
• Develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure their seamless integration.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in backend development and cloud technologies.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Use containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for environment consistency and scalability.
