Backend Developer (Java / Spring Boot / GCP)

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
Java
and
Spring Boot
.
Manage and optimize
PostgreSQL
and
MongoDB
databases.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
.
Build and manage
Docker-based deployments
and microservices.
Collaborate with frontend and product teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Maintain version control, code quality, and CI/CD processes through
GitHub
.

Required Skills & Experience

46 years of proven experience in backend development using
Java
and
Spring Boot
.
Strong expertise in
PostgreSQL
and
MongoDB
.
Hands-on experience with
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
services (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Compute Engine, etc.).
Proficiency in
Docker
,
GitHub
, and CI/CD workflows.
Strong understanding of
RESTful APIs
, system architecture, and performance optimization.

Good to Have

Exposure to
monitoring tools
(Prometheus, Grafana, or GCP Monitoring).
Knowledge of
DevOps practices
and infrastructure automation.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
