Job Description

As a skilled and motivated Java/Spring Developer with 1.5-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. You should possess a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, backend development, and modern software engineering best practices. Your role will involve writing clean, scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coding, debugging, unit testing, and documenting large, complex software applications - Collaborating on technical implementation and assisting other developers and consultants - Demonstrating the capability to assimilate new skills and technologies effectively - Ensuring exceptional productivity and attention to product quality issues - Being accountable for delivering tasks to agreed standards - Adhering to development standards and architectural guidelines set by the Solution Design team - Developing all technical aspects of eCommerce stores, from commerce to content and integrating with external systems - Maintaining current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology and actively seeking new technologies - Communicating ideas effectively and mentoring less experienced team members - Monitoring and appraising emerging trends and technologies in software engineering - Troubleshooting complex or escalated incidents effectively - Providing innovative ideas and solutions in a dynamic environment with up-to-date knowledge of existing technologies **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in a relevant field - 1.5-3 years of hands-on experience in Java/Spring development This job involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be encouraged to stay updated with the latest technologies and contribute innovative solutions to the team.,
