Backend Developer-Intern

As a Backend Intern at FinacPlus, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that provides mortgage back-office services and software product development to Toorak Capital Partners from the Mortgage Finance Industry. Toorak Capital Partners is an integrated lending platform that funds small business purpose residential, multifamily, and mixed-use loans throughout the U.S. and the United Kingdom. Your responsibilities will include working as a Backend Developer to develop Cloud-Based Web Applications and collaborating with the team on various types of web applications related to Mortgage Finance. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Microservices architecture, including AWS services like Lambdas, SQS, SNS, and MySQL Databases, along with Dockers and containerized solutions/applications. Additionally, you should be experienced in Relational and No-SQL databases and scalable design, with a focus on developing elegant, maintainable code to solve challenging problems. As part of this role, you will play a key role in making decisions regarding the product and technology direction, contributing actively to the adoption of frameworks, standards, and new technologies. Qualifications and experience required for this position include Node.js & React experience, working on large-scale products delivered on microservices, strong design skills on microservices and AWS platform infrastructure, programming proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Java, hands-on development in rest APIs, and a good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and availability. This internship opportunity is based in Bangalore and has a duration of 6 months with a stipend of Rs. 50,000 per month. The role offers the possibility of conversion to full-time based on performance during the internship. The working hours are from 11 am to 8 pm IST.,
