Backend Developer+ DevOps

Role Summary
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a backend and DevOps focus, you will lead the development and optimization of scalable backend systems and infrastructure that power immersive XR applications. You will drive key architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and own backend deployment pipelines and system health. The role also includes collaborative input into frontend and 3D architecture. Ideal for experienced engineers who thrive in high-impact, cross-functional environments.

Primary Responsibilities (70%)Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpointsPlan and optimize database schemas and queriesImplement authentication, authorization, and security best practicesSet up and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategiesMonitor performance, ensure scalability, and implement DevOps best practicesConduct code reviews and provide technical mentorshipSecondary Responsibilities (30%)Provide guidance on frontend architecture and integration strategiesSupport Vue3 component system design and best practicesCollaborate on Three.js performance and structure improvementsHandle cross-stack debugging and system-level troubleshooting

Technical SkillsBackend Expertise: Node.js, Express/Fastify, TypeScript, microservicesDevOps Mastery: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, CI/CD, monitoring toolsDatabases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, data modeling and query optimizationFrontend Knowledge: Vue3, Vite, modern JavaScript, build tools3D Understanding: Basic Three.js, WebGL concepts, 3D asset handlingQualificationsEducation: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree or cloud/backend certifications are a plus.Experience: 5-8 years of experience in backend-heavy full-stack development. Proven track record in building scalable applications and cloud infrastructure.
