Role Summary As a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a backend and DevOps focus, you will lead the development and optimization of scalable backend systems and infrastructure that power immersive XR applications. You will drive key architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and own backend deployment pipelines and system health. The role also includes collaborative input into frontend and 3D architecture. Ideal for experienced engineers who thrive in high-impact, cross-functional environments. Primary Responsibilities (70%) Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints Plan and optimize database schemas and queries Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies Monitor performance, ensure scalability, and implement DevOps best practices Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship Secondary Responsibilities (30%) Provide guidance on frontend architecture and integration strategies Support Vue3 component system design and best practices Collaborate on Three.js performance and structure improvements Handle cross-stack debugging and system-level troubleshooting Technical Skills Backend Expertise: Node.js, Express/Fastify, TypeScript, microservices DevOps Mastery: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, CI/CD, monitoring tools Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, data modeling and query optimization Frontend Knowledge: Vue3, Vite, modern JavaScript, build tools 3D Understanding: Basic Three.js, WebGL concepts, 3D asset handling Qualifications Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree or cloud/backend certifications are a plus. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in backend-heavy full-stack development. Proven track record in building scalable applications and cloud infrastructure. Experience mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions. Foundational Knowledge: Deep understanding of software architecture, API design, cloud infrastructure, and system performance optimization.
