Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, solve technical challenges, and implement solutions.
• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code while adhering to industry best practices.
• Optimize performance and scalability of backend services to handle high-volume traffic and complex workflows.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with a focus on root cause analysis.

DevOps Integration

• Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of backend systems using modern DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable code delivery.
• Manage application infrastructure on cloud platforms (

  AWS, Azure, OCP, or GCP

  ), focusing on automation and reliability.
• Contribute to containerization efforts using

  Docker

  and orchestration tools such as

  Kubernetes

  .
• Work with

  service mesh technologies

  like

  Istio, or Consul

  to enhance service-to-service communication, security, and observability.
• Ensure system availability and uptime by implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise in Backend Development

• Proven experience with one or more backend programming languages.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g.,

  PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

  ) and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience designing and building RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
• Knowledge of scalable architectures such as microservices, event driven and distributed systems.

DevOps Familiarity

• Basic to intermediate experience with cloud platforms like

  AWS, Azure, OCP, or GCP

  .
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like

  Docker

  and familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g.,

  Kubernetes

  ).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g.,

  Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions

  ).
• Exposure to

  service mesh technologies

  (e.g.,

  Istio, or Consul

  ) to enhance microservices communication and observability.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g.,

  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack

  ).

Additional Skills

• Proficient in version control systems (e.g.,

• Strong understanding of application performance optimization and caching mechanisms.
