JD: Back Office Executive / Sales Co- Ordinator :

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

· Candidates from BMS / Engineering / Graduate background can apply.

· 5 to 8 years of experience in Quotation, Follow up & Co-ordination with clients.

· Complete Knowledge of MS- Office, Google Apps, Emails, Printers & Scanners, Tally Prime and Sales Force Software required.

· Soft Spoken with good command over English Language.

· Tally, GST & E-Way Bill practical knowledge is Must.

· Candidates who have worked in – Rental of Generator, Cranes, Forklift & Scaffolding will be preferred.

Job Summary:

· Handle / Attend all incoming inquiry via multiple sources & register them.

· Prepare and send quotation to clients, Follow ups & Negotiations with Clients.

· Verifying Customers order and then processing purchase orders.

· Collaboration with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

· Track and ensure timely follow -up for due payments.

· Knowledge of Tender – Search & Filling Online + Manual Submissions.

· Proficiency in working on Gem and Ariba Portal.

· Thorough Knowledge of E-Way Bill issuance process.

· Daily & Weekly MIS Reports to Management.

· Collecting customer feedback and getting information of market research.

· Organizing, filing & maintaining documents, Sales records in a systematic manner.

· Check the emails and send reply to the clients.

· Maintaining healthy relationship with existing customers while opening with new customers.

Salaries & Benefits:

· Salary Range is Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per Month CTC.

· Final salary will be subjected to Candidates Interview.

· Salaried on Company Payroll.

· All Labour Law Benefits.
