We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, explaining the features and benefits of our medical devices, and generating sales leads to support business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of healthcare products and terminology.

Key Responsibilities

· Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, distributors, and stockiest, to promote medical devices.

· Product Promotion: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing, and answer customer queries about the devices.

· Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads, gathering essential information to create a pipeline for the field sales representatives.

· Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings or calls for the field sales team with interested and qualified clients.

· Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with existing or potential customers to nurture leads and encourage sales conversions.

· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system (e.g., Sales force, Hub Spot).

· Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

· Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, transferring complex issues to the appropriate department.

· Market Feedback: Collect valuable customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and services.

Qualifications and Skills

· Education: A Bachelor's Degree , B. Sc. candidate is preferable or additional education in healthcare is a plus.

· Experience: Proven experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

· Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and a local language (e.g., Hindi, Bengali).

· Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand the technical details and benefits of medical devices.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.

· Soft Skills:

o Strong time management and organizational skills.

o Empathetic, patient, and professional attitude.

o Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

o A target-driven mindset.
