Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Sales Executive located in Paldi, Ahmedabad. The Back Office Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales support activities, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with the sales team. Additionally, the role involves updating and managing customer databases, preparing sales reports, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support and handling customer inquiries
• Proficiency in using customer database management systems
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
