Back Office Sales & Client Support Executive

Evolve Hygiene is a trusted name in Kerala’s hygiene and cleaning solutions industry. We serve a wide network of B2B clients across the state and are known for our reliability, product quality, and customer-first approach. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Office Sales Staff to join our team in Cochin.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with existing and prospective clients
• Assist customers with product queries, pricing details, and order status updates
• Coordinate closely with the field sales team and provide backend support
• Maintain accurate customer databases, quotations, and invoice records
• Follow up on payments and provide after-sales assistance when needed
• Work towards monthly sales targets set by the management

What We’re Looking For

• Female candidates preferred, especially those based in or around Cochin
• 1–2 years of experience in office sales or customer support (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
• Strong interpersonal and telephone handling skills
• Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
• Fluent in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-driven mindset
