Position : Back Office Executive Location : Between Flower Market and Cheran Nagar Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month (based on experience & performance) Key Responsibilities : Perform general admin tasks & support internal operations Regularly update and maintain accurate stock lists Manage & update product catalogues on digital platforms Handle product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Monitor emails, support documentation & internal communication Assist in order processing, dispatch, and stock coordination Ensure data accuracy & confidentiality Drive backend efficiency and business growth Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in any field Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, Internet) Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus Strong attention to detail & organizational skills Effective communication in English and local language Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset What We Offer : Friendly & supportive work environment Real-world experience in retail & e-commerce Learning & growth opportunities Performance-based salary increments Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
