Job Description

Content Creation & Management
Draft, edit, and format product descriptions, promotional copy, FAQs, and internal communications.
Collaborate with merchandising and marketing to ensure consistency with brand voice and guidelines.
Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely updates across platforms and catalogs.
Image Generation & Visual Assets
Create and edit simple product images, banners, social visuals, and promotional graphics using basic image-editing tools.
Ensure visual assets meet brand standards, resolutions, and file naming conventions.
Coordinate with design/marketing to review and finalize assets for campaigns.
Creative Thinking & Problem Solving
Propose innovative ideas for product storytelling, catalog layouts, and customer engagement.
Streamline processes by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting practical improvements.
Operational Support & Administration
Manage data entry, records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports on content performance, inventory metrics, and process compliance.
Assist with vendor communications, purchase orders, and invoice tracking as needed.
MS Office & Tools Proficiency
Use MS Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook for daily tasks.
Maintain organized digital folders and version control for documents and assets.
Support basic data analysis and presentation creation for internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and store teams to align on campaigns and launches.
Provide timely updates and as-needed support to store operations and regional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,359.64 - ₹20,000.00 per month
