Responsibilities and Duties :
* Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
* Manage client records and handle basis office tasks
* Schedule client appointments, visit reminders, follow-ups
* Tele-calling to customers for visit feedback and follow-ups
* Billing
* Hard copy filling and record management { Handwriting should be neat & clean }
* Client record maintenance and updation in software { Must be comfortable in MS Office - Word and Excel }
* Female Candidates will be preferred
