Job Brief : We are seeking a general administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling tasks like answering phones, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with various office duties. Key Responsibilities: Answering and directing phone calls. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Taking and delivering messages. Organizing and maintaining office files and records. Scheduling appointments and meetings. Preparing documents, reports, and presentations. Assisting with data entry and other clerical tasks. Managing office supplies and inventory. Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Performing other related duties as assigned. Requirements and skills : Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a related field. Proven experience of 1- 2 years an back office Executive or similar role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
