Back Office Executive - Sales

• Prepare and maintain quotations, proforma invoices, order acknowledgements and dispatch documents.
• Maintain and update customer database, enquiry records and sales trackers
• Assist in compiling sales MIS, monthly performance reports and order status summaries
• Coordinate with production, stores, logistics and service teams for order execution
• Support sales engineers by arranging product brochures, presentations and marketing materials
• Enter and update enquiries, orders and dispatch details in SAP
• Assist in preparing material for exhibitions, customer visits, and marketing campaigns
• Maintain inventory of marketing kits, brochures and giveaways
• Maintain filing (digital & physical) of sales correspondence, offers and agreements
• Handle courier dispatches, inward/outward registers, and other office administrative work related to sales

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce
• 1-2 years of experience in back-office, admin or sales coordination roles
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email handling and ERP/CRM software (SAP preferred)
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain accuracy under pressure
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of textile machinery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
