Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our stock broking operations team. The ideal candidate will handle account-related activities, compliance processes, and client support tasks while ensuring smooth back-office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage KYC and account opening process (verification, documentation, and compliance).
Handle KYC updates, modifications, and related back-office tasks.
Process account closure requests and maintain proper records.
Print and manage IPO forms, generate and track application and allotment reports.
Update and maintain records with CVL and KRA (KYC Registration Agencies).
Generate and send client reports – bills, ledgers, holdings, tax statements, and P&L reports.
Support internal teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Graduation preferred (Bachelor’s degree recommended).
Prior experience with a stock broking firm is a plus.
Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Email handling required.
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi preferred.

Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of stock market operations and compliance will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
