Back Office Executive digital Sales Marketing

The Back Office Marketing Executive will play a key supporting role in the Sales & Marketing department by managing administrative, operational, and digital marketing support activities. The role is essential for ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives, lead management, and order coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for market research, lead generation through digital and social media platforms, database management, coordination with sales teams, customer follow-ups, and daily reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs

Generate actionable market insights for business growth and product development

Identify market gaps and new business opportunities

Lead Generation & Business Development

Generate and nurture B2B leads using digital and traditional channels

Research and identify potential hospitals, orthopedic surgeons, dealers, and distributors

Maintain and update CRM / Excel databases

Gather competitor product, pricing, and market intelligence

Support sales strategies and analyze sales performance metrics

Sales Back-Office Support

Coordinate with field sales teams for meetings, demos, and follow-ups

Prepare quotations, catalogues, product information sheets, and proposals

Handle customer inquiries and assist in tender documentation and registrations

Customer Relationship Management

Follow up with prospective clients via phone and email

Maintain communication with surgeons, hospitals, and distributors

Provide pre-sales support and resolve basic queries related to products and pricing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
