Job Purpose:
Preparing report (report Writing) as received by Cops and Various functions and as per SOW of clients.
Doing Legal Watch (Court Check)
Ensure daily target is achieved n daily basis (As defined by the Management)
Share the daily MIS with the RW Leader and BI Team.
On Hold cases – Coordinate with respective ops team and get it cleared.
Doing reference call and employment call
Desired Skills:
Good Oral and Written communication skill.
Excellent knowledge of MS- Word and MS – Excel.
Good in communication and writing understand claims terminology.
Able to work in team- oriented environment.
Experience:
Should have some experience in insurance industry/ Report Writer/back Office/ Quality check.
Principle Accountabilities
Check the reports assigned by the QC- Leader in the report Log.
Prepare Reports as per client SLA and Formats
Ensure report are prepared and documented appropriately (No Grammatical Errors/Sentence Structure is appropriately)
Ensure daily target is achieved on daily basis (As defined by the management)
Share the daily MIS with the QC Leader and BI Team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
