Back Office Coordinator

Millennium Books India Pvt. Ltd. is a prominent educational publishing house specializing in curriculum-based content for various subjects. We are currently seeking a Back Office Executive to join our operations team in Faridabad. As a Back Office Executive in Print Production, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating orders, managing files, production schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of our print production workflow. Your responsibilities will include processing incoming print orders, organizing and verifying files in various formats, coordinating with design and printing teams, maintaining production logs and material records, handling communication via email, and ensuring timely dispatch and invoicing coordination. We are looking for an individual who values precision, speed, and has a good understanding of digital formats. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of MS Excel and Google Sheets, familiarity with printing file formats such as PDF, TIFF, and EPS, basic knowledge of design tools like Adobe Acrobat and CorelDRAW (an added advantage), excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person in Faridabad. We are looking for local candidates only and not considering remote work arrangements.
