Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Proficiency in French, Chinese (Mandarin), German, or Japanese is required, with proficiency in at least one of these languages. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and managing internal back-office operations such as data entry, document control, and customer communication. You will be responsible for handling email correspondence, reports, and follow-ups in the assigned foreign language. Additionally, you will support the sales and export team in preparing and managing documentation for international clients. You may also be required to translate documents and assist in interpretation during virtual meetings. It is crucial to maintain records and databases accurately and confidentially.
