Job Title: Back Office Executive (female)

Job Summary:
The Back Office Executive will support the real estate operations by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth documentation processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize documents related to property transactions, agreements, and client records.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain databases with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate communication between sales teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Organize and maintain property documents and client records.
  • Perform data entry and manage databases.
  • Facilitate communication between sales teams, clients, and partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office activities.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology.
  • Experience with real estate management software.
