Job Title: Back Office Assistant

Back Office cum Documentation Executive
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a Administrative roles
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities
Manage document flow and storage to support smooth business operations.
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Respond to emails and queries related to documentation and back-office operations
Do the application submission activities for Government portal behalf of customers on
PMSuryaghar & GEDA
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Solarmatrix, Etc.)
