Job Description

As a candidate for the position located in Chh. Sambhajinagar (Maharashtra), you will be expected to possess a BBA/Any Bachelors Degree qualification along with 1-2 years of experience in Admin Department / Accounts Department / Back Office or Clerical Function. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support by maintaining and updating company records, files, and databases, preparing reports, presentations, and documentation, as well as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. In addition to administrative tasks, you will be required to handle data entry and record-keeping duties such as entering, verifying, and maintaining data in spreadsheets or software systems. Your role will also involve internal coordination by liaising with other departments for operational support and ensuring timely information flow within the organization. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide support to operations by assisting in preparing purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and maintaining logs for project files and materials. Document management is also a key aspect of the role, which includes organizing and archiving physical and digital documents, as well as assisting in compliance paperwork and official submissions. To excel in this position, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), good communication and organizational skills, and a basic understanding of office systems and administrative practices are essential. Preferred attributes include familiarity with ERP, Tally, or inventory software, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards supporting various office functions. This is a full-time job with a flexible schedule, and the work location is in person during day shifts.
