Job Description

Back Office Associate Location: Kolkata Airport Shift Timing: Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM Saturday: 09:30 AM – 04:30 PM Sunday: Weekly Off Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, emails) Language proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and Basic English Key Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer operation and data handling Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment Eagerness to learn and adapt Key Responsibilities: Assist with candidate screening , interview scheduling , and onboarding process Maintain and update employee records and documentation Send your updated resume to [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 06/12/2025
