Back Office Assistant Responsible for supporting daily administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining records, data entry, managing files, handling internal communication, and assisting with documentation. Ensures smooth office operations and coordination with front-office staff. Key Duties: Data entry and record keeping Document preparation and filing Email and phone communication Assisting accounts/tender Maintaining inventory and office supplies Good knowledge of MS Office and organizational skills preferred.
