Job Description

Job Title: Backend Developer Location: Hybrid – Chennai Job Description: We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing scalable server-side applications using Node.js, along with a good understanding of modern web development practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js . Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues. Work with various data sources such as SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL). Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Node.js and web development. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Node.js development . Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is a plus. Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks. Knowledge of database integration with SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with API design and development. Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies .
