Description
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Backend Developer with a strong foundation in microservices architecture, multithreading, system design, and data structures and algorithms (DSA). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in backend technologies using Python, Golang, or Java, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems. Responsibilities: Design and build highly scalable, resilient, and performant microservices. Implement efficient and concurrent systems using multithreading/multiprocessing concepts. Architect and evolve backend platforms with a focus on clean design, maintainability, and performance. Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms to solve complex backend problems. Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and frontend teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce engineering best practices. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines in coordination with DevOps. Drive system design discussions and help establish robust technical standards. Requirements: 8 to 12 years of backend development experience using Python, Go (Golang), or Java. Hands-on experience designing and building microservices-based architectures. Deep understanding of multithreading/concurrency and performance optimization. Strong command over data structures, algorithms, and system design principles. Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e. g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e. g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Proficient in using Git and working in agile development environments. Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus). Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of caching strategies, API security, and scalable architecture patterns. Familiarity with TDD, CI/CD, and monitoring/logging tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
