Role Overview: You will be joining Motherson DRSC (formerly known as Dr. Schneider Unternehmensgruppe), a global expert in automotive interiors, to further develop plastic and electro-technical products. As part of the qualified training team, you will kickstart your career in the international Motherson Group through a Dual Study program in four different specializations. Key Responsibilities: - Set up, program, and operate production equipment as a Kunststoff- & Kautschuktechnologe (m/w/d). - Identify and resolve faults and errors in the production process. - Deepen your knowledge in the field of plastics. - Work in relevant departments during the study to gain hands-on experience. - Follow a structured timeline for apprenticeship, study, and practical experience. Qualification Required: - Must have an interest in natural sciences. - Should have an understanding of technical concepts.
