Title: B3_HR - LMS + Partner Portal_MUMBAI

• Administer and manage the company’s LMS, including user access, course assignment, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to design, upload, and update training content.
• Track learning progress, generate reports, and analyze training effectiveness.
• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot LMS-related issues.
• Ensure compliance training is rolled out and completed within deadlines.

• Manage user onboarding and access for external partners.
• Maintain up-to-date content, resources, and documentation on the Partner Portal.
• Act as the first point of contact for partner queries regarding the portal.
• Monitor portal engagement, generate analytics, and recommend improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, IT, Operations) to ensure seamless partner experience.

• Support HR initiatives related to learning, engagement, and partner enablement.
• Assist in communication, training, and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for system enhancements and integrations.
