B2G (Government & PSU Projects) – Delhi NCR

Industry: HVAC / Clean Air / Building Solutions
Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical or related engineering field preferred
Experience: 3–6 years in government tendering/project sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities in government institutions, PSUs, and civic infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with govt. engineers, purchase departments, CPWD, and E-Tender platforms.
• Prepare and submit RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation.
• Represent Magneto’s solutions in government exhibitions, meetings, and technical evaluations.
• Work with compliance teams for pre-qualification, documentation, and certifications.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of government sales cycle and tendering norms.
• Past experience with govt. clients or PSUs is essential.
• Ability to handle long sales cycles with patience and persistence.
• Knowledge of GeM, CPWD norms, or similar govt. procurement channels.
