B2B SUPERVISOR

B2B Supervisor – Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day B2B operations and ensure smooth execution of business orders
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet client requirements
• Monitor order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, and dispatch for B2B clients
• Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, pricing agreements, and company policies
• Handle key B2B client escalations and provide timely resolutions
• Track and review operational KPIs such as order TAT, fulfillment accuracy, and service levels
• Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, and client records
• Support onboarding of new B2B clients and process alignment
• Guide, train, and monitor B2B executives and operations staff
• Ensure proper inventory planning and coordination for bulk or enterprise orders
• Conduct regular reviews with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist management with audits, reconciliations, and performance reviews

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and operations
• Proficiency in ERP / CRM systems and MS Excel
• Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
