B2B Presentation Specialist

As a B2B PPT Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the brand's narrative through the creation of impactful and visually engaging presentations designed for both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to produce consistent, brand-compliant, and creative presentation assets that effectively convey complex data and concepts. You will be responsible for leading the conceptualization, planning, and design of high-quality presentations tailored for a global B2B SaaS audience using PowerPoint and/or Keynote. By leveraging visual storytelling and data visualization techniques, you will simplify intricate information and enhance audience engagement. Ensuring strict brand compliance and visual consistency across all presentation materials will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and other cross-functional teams will be essential to grasp presentation requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Additionally, you will oversee, mentor, and offer creative guidance to junior designers and freelancers when necessary. Constantly innovating presentation formats and design approaches will be crucial to maintaining the brand messaging's freshness and effectiveness. The ideal candidate should possess 5 to 8 years of professional experience in presentation design, preferably within a global B2B SaaS or technology environment. Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote, along with a robust portfolio demonstrating various presentation styles and data visualization, is required. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create custom graphics and visual elements are also necessary. A deep understanding of visual storytelling principles, best practices in data visualization, and a keen eye for detail to uphold brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency are essential qualities. Proven experience in collaborating across teams, managing junior design resources, and exceptional communication skills to translate complex business concepts into engaging visual narratives are prerequisites for this role.
