Job Overview:

The B2B Food Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations across all B2B food service clients — including corporate cafeterias, bulk orders, and client deliveries. This role demands strong coordination, attention to quality and hygiene, and proactive communication with internal teams and client partners to ensure a smooth and consistent food service experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Supervise day-to-day B2B food operations at client locations.
  • Ensure timely food preparation, dispatch, and delivery as per SLAs.
  • Coordinate between kitchen, logistics, and client teams for smooth execution.
  • Monitor portioning, presentation, and temperature control of food items.

2. Client Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for corporate clients regarding operational issues.
  • Collect and resolve client feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support in onboarding new B2B clients operationally.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service quality.

3. Quality, Hygiene & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct daily quality checks on food, packaging, and delivery processes.
  • Maintain kitchen and service audit reports regularly.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Track daily raw material usage and reduce wastage.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of kitchen and logistics resources.
  • Support procurement planning based on client orders and consumption data.

5. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain daily MIS reports (order count, complaints, delivery times, wastage, etc.).
  • Share operational performance reports with management and clients as required.
  • Support in analytics for improving efficiency and cost optimization.

6. Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with chefs, delivery teams, and housekeeping for seamless execution.
  • Train on-ground staff for client etiquette and food safety practices.
  • Ensure discipline, grooming, and attendance of ground-level teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
