Job Overview: The B2B Food Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations across all B2B food service clients — including corporate cafeterias, bulk orders, and client deliveries. This role demands strong coordination, attention to quality and hygiene, and proactive communication with internal teams and client partners to ensure a smooth and consistent food service experience. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management Supervise day-to-day B2B food operations at client locations. Ensure timely food preparation, dispatch, and delivery as per SLAs. Coordinate between kitchen, logistics, and client teams for smooth execution. Monitor portioning, presentation, and temperature control of food items. 2. Client Coordination & Relationship Management Act as the first point of contact for corporate clients regarding operational issues.
