Perform daily cash reconciliation, match daily incoming cash received by bank.
Support period end process and reporting.
Performing data validations to ensure completeness and accuracy of system interfaces
approach.
Adhere to the O2C SLA & KPIs.
Maintain relevant reporting & trackers.

P2P :

Assist in the end-to-end processing of PO and Non-PO invoices
Perform invoice validation and match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts.
Support in managing vendor queries via email and phone.
Help with data entry and document management in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Other).
Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance.
Follow up on invoice discrepancies and pending approvals.
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance) for smooth processing

R2R :

You will be responsible for daily accounting activities , month end closes , performing daily and monthly Account Reconciliations
Preparing & Recording journal entries
Performing general ledger account reconciliations
Perform period end accruals
Support period end process and reporting
Review of Fixed Asset Bridging accounts and clearing the same on periodic bases to move it to the respective asset account
Posting journal entries (Reclass from OPEX to CAPEX and Vice Versa)
Providing reports related to Fixed Asset movements
Performing FA reconciliations and working with the stake holders to clear the differences if exist
Perform Asset acquisition and disposal activity
Perform Depreciation activity
