Description
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Azure cloud services, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients. Design, implement, and optimize Azure cloud solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. Provide network support and troubleshooting assistance for LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Monitor the performance and availability of Azure cloud resources and network infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement infrastructure changes, upgrades, and migrations. Assist in the design and implementation of security measures and compliance controls for Azure cloud environments and network infrastructure. Document infrastructure configurations, network topologies, and support procedures for reference and knowledge sharing. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity. Conduct performance tuning and optimization for Azure cloud services and network infrastructure. Provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements based on industry best practices and client requirements. Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Participate in incident response and resolution for Azure cloud and network-related issues. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues. Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Azure cloud and network environments. Primary Skills Azure cloud services and network infrastructure. Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, with expertise in designing and optimizing solutions. Hands-on experience in network support and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN infrastructure. Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices. Experience in planning and implementing infrastructure changes, upgrades, and migrations. Understanding of security measures and compliance controls for Azure cloud environments. Secondary Skills Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Networking Engineer, or equivalent are preferred.
