Job Role: Azure Modern Workplace Architect Job Overview: The Azure Modern Workplace Architect is responsible for designing, strategizing, managing, maintaining and leading the implementation of Microsoft 365 and Azure-based modern workplace solutions. This is an associate role primarily focusing on productivity, security, hybrid collaboration, and automation to enable secure, scalable, and AI-driven work environments. Key Responsibilities : Architect end-to-end Modern Workplace solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Intune, and Microsoft security tools . Design, develop, implement and administer scalable and secure Azure Modern Workspace solutions based on organizational needs. Design and implement Zero Trust security with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Defender, and Purview. Architect Conditional Access policies, MFA, and role-based access control (RBAC) for identity security. Architect Modern Device Management (MDM/MAM) strategies using Intune and Windows Autopilot. Optimize identity, device management, and endpoint security using Intune & Windows Autopilot. Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions covering Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, ExchangeOnline, PowerPlatform (Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBI. Define digital workplace strategies integrating Copilot AI, Power Automate, and intelligent automation. Lead automation and AI integration with Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot. Lead the migration of legacy systems into Azure Modern Workspace, ensuring data accuracy and minimal disruptions. Define and oversee hybrid work and digital transformation strategies. Document architecture designs, deployment processes, and best practices to support long-term scalability. Drive compliance, data governance, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee compliance frameworks, including data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and encryption policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Azure solutions integrate with existing systems and meet business requirements. Required Skills/Qualifications : 6+ years of experience with Azure and M365 environments, focusing on architectural design and administration. Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 applications(Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform), Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, AVD, and Windows 365. Experience in Modern Endpoint Management Intune, Autopilot, Windows 365, AVD. Advanced understanding of Azure and M365 architecture, networking, identity & security and user management. Proficiency in integrating M365 capabilities with Azure for improved collaboration and productivity. Expertise in hybrid collaboration, security frameworks, and cloud governance. Experience in enterprise automation using Power Platform and AI-driven solutions. Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI . Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate and Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert are highly desirable. ----------------------------- Job Role: Azure Modern Workplace Engineer Job Overview: The Azure Modern Workplace Engineer is responsible for the deployment, configuration, and support of modern workplace solutions built on Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure. This role focuses on end-user productivity, security, collaboration tools, and endpoint management, ensuring a seamless hybrid work experience. Key Responsibilities : Deploy , manage, support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Microsoft 365(Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, ExchangeOnline, PowerPlatform). Deploy and manage Intune-based Modern Device Management (MDM) solutions. Configure Windows Autopilot, Windows 365 (Cloud PC), and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). Implement security policies for device compliance, application control, and endpoint protection. Configure enterprise collaboration tools, including hybrid communication. Secure and monitor environments with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Conditional Access. Support compliance initiatives by configuring data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, and security policies. Strong development skills using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph APIs for M365 enhancements. Proficiency in automating and securing Azure and M365 environments to meet operational and regulatory needs. Advanced knowledge of enterprise collaboration, endpoint security, and governance policies Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles, Zero Trust security models Experience in Modern Endpoint Management Intune, Autopilot, Windows 365, AVD. Proficiency in integrating M365 capabilities with Azure for improved collaboration and productivity. Expertise in hybrid collaboration, security frameworks, and cloud governance. Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI . Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Compensation: Day rate of INR10,000 to INR15,000 per day Permanent salary between 20 lakh to 50 lakh, depending on the experience Working from Home Opportunity to travel onsite
