Job Description: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP and CRM) Opportunities Positions available: Functional Consultant Technical Consultant Solution Architect Job Overview: We are seeking experienced and talented consultants to drive the design, implementation, customization, integration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-ERP & CRM Solutions. We are hiring for three distinct roleseach critical to driving digital transformation for our clients. Functional Consultant Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements across finance, supply chain, sales, and customer service. Map current processes to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities and design tailored solutions. Develop functional designs, workflows, business process configurations, user guides to fully leverage Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and to ensure seamless adoption. Lead or support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend improvements, provide actionable insights to optimize processes Configure Dynamics 365 modules/ system parameters to ensure they integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems, and support end-user training and change management initiatives. Manage and deliver system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data migration activities. Conduct business requirement workshops and provide expert guidance on best practices across ERP and CRM processes. Provide ongoing post-implementation support to address functional issues and ensure user satisfaction. Required Skills/Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Business Central as a Functional Consultant. Strong understanding of business processes and best practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with the Power Platform is a plus. Strong documentation skills for creating functional specifications, process guides, and user manuals. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant Microsoft certification are desirable. Technical Consultant Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions/modules to meet complex business requirements. Customize Business Central using AL code, developing extensions to meet client-specific requirements. Design and implement integrations with other Microsoft tools (Office 365, Power BI) and third-party applications. Participate in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including setup, configuration, and deployment of technical components. Assist in system design workshops and technical requirement-gathering discussions with stakeholders and clients. Oversee data migration activities and provide technical support during and after implementation. Manage end-to-end technical implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Monitor and maintain system architecture to ensure reliable performance and data integrity. Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for live implementations Develop and manage scripts, reports, and batch processing for process automation within Microsoft Dynamics. Required Skills/Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on technical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Proficiency in AL programming and familiarity with Business Central architecture. Experience with integration technologies (e.g., REST APIs, Azure services). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant Microsoft certifications are desirable. Solution Architect Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end, scalable, and secure architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. Define strategic technology roadmaps that align with client business objectives. Oversee both functional and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and integration. Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and innovative approaches to optimize system performance. Develop and document the overall architecture for Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategy. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into architectural solutions, facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders. Design and implement integration strategies, including custom APIs and middleware, to connect Dynamics 365 Business Central with third-party and Microsoft solutions like Power BI, Azure, and Office 365. Ensure seamless and secure data flow across systems while maintaining data integrity Provide technical leadership across all project phases, ensuring delivery aligns with architectural standards. Mentor team members and conduct design reviews to optimize performance and usability. Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and oversee upgrades and tuning activities. Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to support pre-sales and decision-making. Required Skills/Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in solution architecture with Business Central. Comprehensive experience in enterprise architecture, including agile and DevOps methodologies. Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrated business solutions. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Relevant Professional certifications and a deep understanding of both business processes and technical frameworks. Compensation: Day rate of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 per day Permanent salary between 20 lakh to 50 lakh, depending on the experience Working from Home Opportunity to travel onsite
