Azure iPaaS Technical Lead

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Azure iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service)
Technical Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role requires deep expertise in Azure Integration Services (AIS) including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Function Apps, along with a solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and cloud-native architectures. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, collaborating with architects and business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure integration solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions leveraging Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, Function Apps). ¢ Dene and enforce integration architecture, standards, and best practices across projects. Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and application teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee end-to-end development from requirements analysis, design, and development to deployment and support. Develop RESTful APIs, connectors, and data pipelines integrating with cloud and on- premises systems (ERP, CRM, SAP, etc.). Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards within Azure environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, including performance tuning and scalability optimization. Mentor and guide integration developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure delivery quality. Stay current with emerging technologies in Azure and the broader iPaaS ecosystem. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Required Skills & Experience: ¢ 10+ Years of experience in system integration and application development, with at least 3+ years leading Azure iPaaS projects. ¢ Strong hands-on experience with: Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Service Bus / Event Grid / Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory (ADF) (nice to have). ¢ ¢ Solid understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), SOA, and Microservices architecture. Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. ¢ ¢ ¢ Knowledge of security practices (OAuth, Managed Identities, Key Vault, RBAC). Prociency in .NET / C# / PowerShell / Python for integration scripting and automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting. ¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualications: Microsoft Certied: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate. ¢

¢ ¢ Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or Workday. Exposure to Integration Account, Custom Connectors, and Hybrid Integration scenarios (on-prem + cloud). Prior experience in leading oshore/onshore development teams.
