As a Tableau Data Visualization Lead at Exponentia.ai, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visual analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in Tableau, data engineering, and optionally Databricks will be utilized with a strong focus on the Lending domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze source system data and ensure accurate interpretation for reporting. - Estimate and deliver ad-hoc and new Tableau MIS requirements. - Design and develop visually compelling Tableau dashboards tailored to business needs, following best practices in data visualization and storytelling. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations. - Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and scalability. - Integrate and process large datasets using Databricks (Spark-based platform) - approximately 25% of the time. - Build and maintain data transformation notebooks in Databricks to support reporting and analytics - approximately 25% of the time. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all visualizations. - Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver end-to-end BI solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. - Monitor, reconcile, test, document, and troubleshoot MIS issues proactively. - Ensure compliance with coding standards, audit documentation, and data security/masking policies.
