Were looking for an experienced Data Engineer who can design and build scalable pipelines, integrate diverse datasets, and enable analytics on our Azure Global Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & develop ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and provisioning systems on Azure.

Integrate data from SQL servers, internal systems, external feeds, and real-time streams via Kafka.

Assemble and transform large, complex data sets meeting business and performance requirements.

Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Science, and BI teams to deliver business value.

Coach and mentor junior engineers, instill best practices, and champion quality and reliability.

Skills & Experience:

Mandatory Skills:

4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer

Programming: Python, SQL, PySpark

Big Data: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, HBase

Cloud: Azure Data Lake, Azure Storage, Azure Fundamentals

NoSQL: Cassandra, MongoDB

Strong understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and pipelines

Linux basics & scripting, GitHub, schedulers (Luigi/CRON)

Nice-to-Have:

Financial Services / Insurance domain knowledge

Tools: ELK Stack, QlikSense, Grafana, Prometheus

Postgres, SAS

Azure Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, TDDQF
