KRA Address customer questions, provide information, and offer solutions to resolve problems or complaints. For example, troubleshooting technical issues, explaining service features, or guiding customers through processes. Listen attentively to customer complaints, empathize with their concerns, and take appropriate steps to resolve the issues effectively. Escalate complex problems to higher-level support or management if necessary. Guide customers on how to use a product or service effectively. For instance, provide instructions, demonstrate features, or suggest best practices to improve the customers experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken. Collaborate with other teams within the organization, such as technical support, sales, or product development, to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues. Provide customers with a positive and personalized experience, promoting customer loyalty and retention. Manage the customer representative department, train the juniors on understanding the behavior of clients and keep a good tone. Develop guidelines for customer support aligning with the company’s objectives, usually known as documentation.

Conduct market research to map potential clients, competitors, and industry trends. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Initiate contact with decision-makers such as plant managers, EHS heads, and procurement teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling. Solution Selling Understand client waste management needs, pain points, and compliance challenges. Propose tailored waste collection, disposal, recycling, and sustainability solutions in line with regulatory norms. Proposal Development & Negotiation Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients in coordination with internal teams. Sales Strategy & Reporting Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain an updated CRM with leads, follow-ups, and sales funnel activities. Provide regular reports on market feedback, competitor activities, and strategic recommendations. Compliance & Industry Knowledge Stay up-to-date with waste management regulations (e.g., CPCB/SPCB norms, EPR, hazardous waste handling rules).
